Originally from Spain, José is a certified personal trainer and lifestyle coach. His impressive background includes master level certification  in the Himalayan Art of Sound Healing & Therapy; Yoga (200 hours); Pilates; Usui Reiki Master Level 1 & 2, and Zumba. 

José plays a key role in V Spa’s wellness programs where he works with guests individually and in groups to help achieve their wellness and fitness goals. Jose’s intuitive knowledge and enthusiastic personality allows him to develop a deep understanding for guests’ needs and to create engaging and inspiring activities for a wide range of interests.
